USE OF PERSONAL LIKENESS CONSENT AND RELEASE STATEMENTS

Consent: I authorize Brown Family Ranch (hereinafter referred to as “BFR”)to use my likeness in any photograph, video or other digital media in any and all of its publications including print or web-based. I irrevocably authorize BFR to edit, enhance, crop or otherwise alter said images. I waive rights to approve or inspect said images. I agree that all images are property of BFR and will not be released to me, and that I am not entitled to compensation or royalties with respect to the use of the images.

Indemnity/Hold harmless: I release from liability BFR and any of its affiliates successors and assigns, officers, employees, representatives, partners, agents and anyone claiming through them, in their individual and corporate capacities, from any and all claims, liabilities, obligations, promises, agreements, disputes, demands, damages, causes of action of any nature or kind, known or unknown, which I, and anyone claiming on behalf of me, may have or claim to have against BFR in connection with this release.
